This spray helps with muscle cramping and soreness, restless legs, and those dreaded foot cramps. It also works to help reduce pain, improve sleep, relieve stress, reduce hypertension, and can also be beneficial for migraine relief and reducing PMS symptoms. *note larger sizes come in glass bottles
HOW TO:
Spray 2-4 times onto your skin and massage the area. This product may feel slightly oily after application, but it is not an oil and will absorb quickly. 
Apply where needed, where you are experiencing cramping or pain. The bottoms of feet, neck, and shoulders are also great for relaxing. Spray on stomach area to help relieve cramping during your menstrual cycle. 
Discontinue use if irritation occurs and avoid sensitive areas. For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Please consult your doctor if you have low blood pressure, are on medications, are pregnant or breastfeeding.
